HaulProof is a mobile-first compliance dashboard for UK hauliers and transport operators with 1–5 vehicles. It replaces paper walkaround checks, wall calendars, and certificate folders with digital tracking, automated alerts, and audit-ready evidence export.

Who it's for

Owner-operators, sole-trader hauliers, and small fleet operators who manage their own O-licence compliance. The people who do compliance from a phone in the cab or at the kitchen table in the evening — not from a fleet management office.

Why it exists

UK transport operators face serious compliance obligations. Miss a service interval, lose a walkaround check pad, or let a certificate expire — and your OCRS score goes up. Enough marks and the Traffic Commissioner calls you in. Licence revocation means the business closes.

Enterprise compliance platforms exist, but they're built for companies with 50+ trucks. They want 3-year contracts, charge £20+/month per vehicle, and have interfaces designed for fleet managers. A sole trader running two trucks doesn't need route optimisation and tachograph analysis — they need to know their MOT dates are covered and their walkaround checks are stored.
